Crimson Resonance

L'Art Pur Foundation, Riyadh, 2025

A collaboration with Manuel Bonfanti at the intersection of photogrammetry and traditional painting.

By integrating Bonfanti’s expressive brushwork with digital photogrammetric technique, the work builds a visual narrative that leaves the physical and enters the metaphysical.

The deliberate introduction of distortion in the photogrammetric process mirrors the fluidity and constant evolution of identity and form.

Shown within A New Horizon Unfolds: Venice, Riyadh and the Legacy of Marco Polo.

This fusion of mediums reflects the exhibition’s theme of cultural exchange and the legacy of Marco Polo, echoing the ever-changing landscapes encountered along historical trade routes.

Through this work, we invite viewers to contemplate the transient nature of reality, where every fragment is a testament to the continuous cycle of dissolution and rebirth. Just as atoms shift and transform, so too do our perceptions and experiences, reminding us that nothing truly ends—everything evolves.
