Urban Heart 2025 — Festive Collapse

On 7 and 8 November 2025, Urban Vision Group turned its digital screens in Milan and Rome into an open-air exhibition of video art. For the second edition of Urban Heart, twenty artists took over the maxi-LED screens on the façades of buildings under restoration, the city screens and the transit network, and the works played without advertising breaks.

Florencia S.M. Brück presented Festive Collapse: people celebrating with exaggerated joy while catastrophe unfolds around them. On the street the work gained a second layer. The party on the screen hung above ordinary traffic, shop signs and passers-by, and the line between the celebration and the city watching it became harder to draw.
