Out-of-Body, one of the world’s very first Generative Art NFT performances.
On 13 March 2022 Florencia S.M. Brück released Out-of-Body on SuperRare: a digital performance derived from her 2020 generative installation Out-of-Body for the Kunstverein Kunsthalle Hannover, performed by Laura De Luca with music by Alessandro Branca.
The installation grew out of a near-death experience: as a child she drowned in a swimming pool and was revived by her father. In the work an algorithm takes the human form apart and puts it back together. The performance holds that passing moment as a collectible work on the blockchain.

The NFT was shown at the Decentral Art Pavilion during the 2022 Venice Art Biennale, from 23 April to 20 June 2022.
