YES, BUT… Milano Art Week 2026

Group Exhibition — Milano Art Week 2026 18–21 April 2026 | Viale Sarca 183, Milan Daily 11:00–20:00 | Opening: Saturday 18 April, 12:00

An atypical format designed to evolve through the dimensions of time and urban transformation — Yes, But… debuted within the official programme of Milano Art Week 2026, in partnership with the Comune di Milano.

Buildings destined for transformation or demolition are temporarily reactivated through contemporary artistic practice. The inaugural edition brought together four artists whose research converges on thresholds: between form and dissolution, between stillness and force, between what has been and what is already becoming.

Irreversible Amid Uncertainty

Florencia S.M. Brück

Irreversible Amid Uncertainty inhabits the threshold between stillness and transformation. At the centre of the room, suspended forms hover in a state of fragile suspension, as if momentarily released from the laws that govern the world. Yet in another corner, a drop continues to fall — tracing time with a rhythm that cannot be halted. Each mark alters the surface that receives the next, so that even in stillness the work remains in a state of becoming.

It unfolds as a meditation on life within uncertainty: on the desire to arrest time even as the world accelerates, and on the inevitability of forces already rewriting the present.
